Ingredients of Air fryer Tilapia:
2 fresh tilapia filets approximately 3 – 3.5 oz each
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh chives chopped
2 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
freshly ground pepper to taste
salt to taste
Rinse tilapia with fresh water and pat dry it with paper towel.
Preheat air fryer to 400F / 204 C degrees.
In small mixing bowl, pour 2 table spoon of olive oil, 2 table spoon of chives and parsley, 1 table spoon minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
