6 Tablespoons mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon Sriracha (Asian chili sauce)

Juice from 1/2 of fresh lemon (About 1 1/2 teaspoon)

1 Tablespoons sugar

1 Tablespoons honey

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 Tablespoon apple juice or citrus soda

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix well.

2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) (You can also use chicken thighs, steak or shrimp whatever you prefer.)

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)

1 Tbsp sesame seeds

1 Tbsp lemon juice

Ingredients for Hibachi Vegetables

1 medium white onion

1 large zucchini

1 package sliced mushrooms (use an 8 oz pack)

1 small head broccoli

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Ingredients for Hibachi Fried Rice

4 cups cooked rice, cool to the touch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 cup white onion

1 cup bean sprouts

2 large eggs

4 tablespoons butter

4 tablespoons soy sauce

NOTE:

Cook the rice earlier and start cooking Hibachi Chicken and Vegetables. So, that rice can cool down before you fry it.

Refrigerate the Yum Yum sauce a day before or atleast 1 hour prior serving for best flavor.

Do not over- cook the vegetables

Direction for Hibachi Chicken and Vegetables:

Thinly slice meat into bite size.

Take a pan and heat 1tbsp olive oil/vegetable oil or any oil you prefer and 1tbsp sesami oil over a medium – high heat.

Add chicken and season it with salt and pepper to your taste. Cook until the chicken tender.

After the chicken is tender add 1 tbsp butter, 1tbsp soy sauce and garlic in the pan, sauté thoroughly until chicken is cooked.

Now transfer the chicken to a plate and cover it.

In the same pan heat 1tbsp of vegetable oil/ olive oil, cook vegetables on high heat for a minute. Add 1/2 tbsp butter, 1tbsp soy sauce, salt and pepper to your taste. Sauté until it’s tender, remember do not over- cook.

Heat a pan (you can take previously used pan or a clean one) add 2tbsp vegetable oil /olive oil over  medium high heat , sauté the onions till they are tender then add the bean sprouts and sauté it for  2-3 minutes. Set aside the vegetables on the same pan and add the egg and scramble it. As the egg is done add the rice and butter and cook it for 2-3 minutes then add soy sauce stirring frequently. And fried rice is ready to serve.

Before serving delicious Hibachi Chicken, toss in a little lemon juice right before serving and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
